Sdara engagements are typically bespoke end-to-end engagements encompassing the entire national talent acquisition, development and retention journey. We do, however, engage with clients on industry-specific talent accelerator programs, unique digital talent activation events, and National Employer of Choice employer branding, PR and campaign solutions.
A typical end-to-end Sdara engagement runs between 4 to 8 months, depending on the scope of the program and the number of desired candidates. In that timeframe, organisations and government entities undergo a National Employer of Choice repositioning outlined in a strategic communication playbook. From there, we engage in production and publishing of talent acquisition campaigns, pipelining and selecting talent, activation events, and the design and delivery of a talent accelerator and on-boarding program; all delivered through a branded portal on the Sdara platform.

The hiring process during an active Sdara program typically takes between 4-8 weeks. Each candidate will go through a multi-step screening and selection process. An exciting part of this process is the Sdara Activation Event which is a hands-on and interactive twist to traditional open days.
After you successfully pass Sdara’s multiple stage screening and selection process designed to assess your skills, attitudes and knowledge, you will sit a one-to-one final interview with the employer for a final decision.
Once you are selected, that’s when your Sdara journey really begins. Through our accelerator program, Sdara is designed to help you deliver impact immediately after joining the company.
